About us
NBOM (Newbreedofmetal.com)
We are a group of metal enthusiasts from Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Our musical preferences led us to start the media project two and a half years ago in which we would write articles on modern metal music (which we refer to as “new breed of metal”), namely: news, reviews, biographies, presentation of newcomers, concert announcements and reports etc. from global and domestic scene.
That project has two dimensions:
1) once blog (www.nbom.blogger.hr ), but now website! New breed of metal blog, in only one year period, became a central place in ex-Yugoslavia region of Balkan (and to other countries of South-East Europe) for modern metal music. NBOM.com continues with it’s work in slightly different form, but with the same goal – presenting this genre of metal to You.
2) Radio show (“Nova era” or New Era) was featured on Public Broadcast Service (Radio and Television) of Bosnia and Herzegovina, on radio called “Radio 202″. Due to it’s shut-down in May this year our radio-show transferred to another PBS host: Radio of Federation Bosnia and Herzegovina and it started with broadcasting last month (on 26.10). Every Tuesday “New era/Nova era” radio show is taking place in program from 00:15-02:00 GMT+1.
